CANCELLING AN ONLINE ORDER
You can cancel an order online as long as it has not been shipped by phone Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. 1-450-993-0956 or by email commande@affinite.ca.
DAMAGED PRODUCT
You must inform us of the problem within 5 days by telephone Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. 1-450-993-0956 or by email commande@affinite.ca. Please have in your possession or send us any material element likely to help us understand the nature of the problem (i.e. if it is a breakage, attach a photo). We will make an agreement with you as to whether or not to return the item. If you must return, at our request, a damaged or defective product or if you have chosen a replacement, the costs of returning or shipping the replacement product are at our expense.
